ABOUT US
Why we do this
We believe contractors deserve training that reflects reality—not shortcuts, scripts, or guesswork. Our goal is to help contractors build stronger inspections, cleaner estimates, and more defensible claims while maintaining professionalism and credibility with homeowners and carriers alike.
Our mission is simple—equip contractors with real-world systems that improve inspections, estimating accuracy, and claim outcomes. Everything we teach is based on practical experience, not theory. We focus on clarity, consistency, and documentation that stands up under real claims scrutiny.

About
We built this company to solve a problem we saw firsthand across the insurance and contracting industries: too much guesswork, inconsistent processes, and training that doesn’t reflect how claims actually work in the field.
Our mission is simple—equip contractors with real-world systems that improve inspections, estimating accuracy, and claim outcomes. Everything we teach is based on practical experience, not theory. We focus on clarity, consistency, and documentation that stands up under real claims scrutiny.
With decades of combined experience across adjusting, contracting, and estimating, we’ve worked claims from every angle. That perspective allows us to train contractors in a way that aligns inspections, estimates, and communication with how insurance claims are actually reviewed and approved.

Cory Oldeen
Co-Founder | Estimating & Field Operations
Cory brings extensive hands-on experience as both an adjuster and contractor. His background includes work as a staff adjuster and large-loss adjuster, along with years of experience as a general contractor and roofer.
Cory has written thousands of estimates as a professional estimator, including mitigation and repair scopes across a wide range of loss types. His field-first approach ensures that estimating and inspection processes reflect real job conditions—not desk-only assumptions.
Cory specializes in practical estimating accuracy, scope development, and identifying missed or overlooked items that directly impact claim outcomes.

Drew Anderson
Co-Founder | Claims Strategy & Training
Drew's background includes work as a daily adjuster, catastrophe adjuster, large-loss adjuster, and strategy and process-focused general adjuster. He has also served as a field training adjuster, helping develop and standardize inspection and estimating practices.
In addition to his adjusting experience, Drew has worked as a general contractor and handled claims on behalf of property management companies. This cross-functional experience gives him a deep understanding of how claims are reviewed, challenged, and approved—from both the insurance and contractor sides.
Drew’s focus is on building clear, repeatable systems that reduce friction, improve documentation, and help contractors operate with confidence during high-pressure claim situations
Our Story in Numbers
+$10k
Average Increase
By identifying missed scope and code-required items, our estimating process has consistently uncovered an average of $10,000+ in legitimate supplements per claim. This approach focuses on accuracy and documentation—not inflation—helping contractors recover fair payment while reducing friction in the claims process
20k+
Real Estimates Written
We’ve written and reviewed over 20,000 real-world estimates across a wide range of carriers, property types, and loss scenarios. This isn’t theory-based training—our method is built from real inspections, real claims, and real outcomes in the field
$200M
Estimate Value
Our team has estimated over $200 million in real-world property damage across catastrophe and large-loss claims. That volume of experience shapes our training, ensuring every process we teach is grounded in what works at scale under real claim conditions.
30+ Years
Combined Experince
Our training is built on over 30 years of combined experience as catastrophe and large-loss adjusters, contractors, and professional estimators. Having worked claims from every angle, we teach practical, field-tested processes—not theory—so contractors know exactly what holds up in real-world claims.
